Stevie, well, she is the chocoholic's dream come true. The moist chocolate sponge, made with the highest quality chocolate rather than cocoa powder, is filled with swirls of homemade salted caramel and vanilla French buttercream - making it a real show stopper when sliced.

She is masked in a rich chocolate ganache before being topped and trimmed with a scattering of bronzed cocoa nibs for texture and extra sparkle.

Sizes and pricing
Stevie is made up of a double layer of sponge, filled with salted caramel and vanilla buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache. Jars of cocoa nibs and salted caramel are available at an additional cost depending on the amount.

Storage
I recommend eating all of the cakes within 72 hours of delivery to enjoy them at their best. Stevie does not need to be refrigerated and will keep well in an airtight container.
