Debbie is designed for those who love the classics and who enjoy the best of what the seasons have to offer. The light-as-air vanilla sponge is filled with freshly whipped Chantilly cream, flecked with vanilla seeds and a layer of homemade jam.
I like to use seasonal fruit in my recipes, so the jams on offer as a filling will change from time to time, although a classic raspberry jam will always be available as well. Debbie is topped with a tower of seasonal berries to compliment the jam inside and finished with white chocolate leopard print shards.

Debbie is made up of a double layer of sponge, filled with Chantilly cream and homemade jam. All berries used in the decoration, plus the the leopard print shards, are included in the price.

I recommend eating all of the cakes within 72 hours of delivery to enjoy them at their best. Debbie will need to be refrigerated up until an hour before you are looking to eat the cake. The cake should be allowed to sit out to return to room temperature before serving. Refrigeration is necessary due to the fresh cream filling and I advise taking this into consideration should the cake be needed to stand for long periods of time or if it is for an event during the Summer months.
All cakes are made in a kitchen that may handle nuts or other allergens. A full list of ingredients is provided with each finished cake on request.
